Global coverage and network reliability is one of the most important things we experienced. Latency is consistent, and we have seen fewer outages compared to our previous provider. Customer portal is easy to navigate through which facilitate the monitoring process and usage and open support tickets. it also has the flexibility and ability to scale bandwidth up or down, which has been very helpful and fruitful when supporting new remote sites.
The strong technical support and the ability to scale services across multiple regions, which has enabled smoother global operations.
Main we liked is SDWAN services, which provide greater flexibility and control over the network.
The support response times can take longer than expected during peak incidents. Resolutions can be late sometimes. The cost and billing reports can benefit from more clarity and easier to reconcile. Portal issues and portal reporting it also could benefit from more detailed performance analyses.
The main drawback is that the service can sometimes feel less agile, with slower response times for change requests compared to newer, more cloud native competitors.
