What I like most is that the network has been reliable for us even across different regions, we haven't had to worry about random drops or downtime it also worked fine with the systems we already had in place so we didn't need to make a lot of changes on top of that, whenever we've needed help the support team has usually been quick to respond which makes things easier.

The part I didn't like much was the setup in the beginning, it felt a bit complicated, and the instructions weren't always clear, I noticed that during busy times the support team can take a longer to reply which can be frustrating when something urgent comes up.

Unresolved Service Agreements and Low Responsiveness Highlighted in TATA Project Delivery
I've been working with TELCO providers for more than 15 years, and my honest review with TATA compared to all TELCO providers is, they are very slow in providing the quote, and most of the time the quote details are incomplete, such as POP address, handoff, and lack of alternative options ( like multiple POP or multiple last mile carriers), even though we have been doing this all along. Other thing, there are instances wherein the handoff changes during implementation, hence, it will results delay on the implementation as TATA will need to re-process the order Also, we encountered 1 major issue with TATA recently, wherein the agreed solution during solutioning/quotation was not followed, and we were only made aware of it, when we encounter outages. In summary, compared to all the TELCO partners that I am working with, we don’t feel we are being prioritized or valued when we engaged TATA, especially during quotes, as they dont even acknowledge if they have received our quote, and they will only response after several follow-ups/escalations. And during implementation, I've noticed that they keep on asking client on the same information over-and-over again, even though the information was already provided and confirmed by end customer. And whenever we have a high priority/highly escalated or urgent project, we can’t rely on the TATA team to help us expedite the project, just like the last project that we just completed. The project was already highly escalated but still, TATA was the last to deliver the service, and they couldn't even engage their last mile carrier to work with client directly (unlike all other TELCO partners ).
