The global reach and reliability of AT&T WAN services are the most valuable aspects for us.Their ability to provide consistent service levels across different regions, combined with strong SLAs, has given us confidence in supporting business-critical applications. In addition, the customer support team has been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we needed assistance.
Global reach and reliability was consistent and stable across all regions we work in. Strong data controls and throughput were available.
I would say the network reliability is a big pro. I am never in a dead zone or have issues connecting and always have lots of bars. Tried it in the US and it was great. I'm going to Europe soon and a coworker said it works well there too.
The pricing structure can be complex compared to some competitors, and in certain regions the implementation process took longer than expected due to local dependencies. Additionallu, the customer portale could be more intuitive and provide deeper visibility into usage and performance analitycs.
Support response time had delays and several transfers occurred to get knowledgeable assistance to resolve our issues. This has caused some billing inconsistencies on our end.
Customer service could be better. Sometimes I find the answers online faster than with support. Contact number would be best instead of an email.

Connecting multiple sites under one provider makes it much easier to manage. Few challenges experienced - ie. The implementation took a little longer than expected but was manageable. Support usually assists with this but just finding the right person might take a bit of time. In the big picture - service does what it needs to do. Some areas where customer service can be smoother but overall reliable.
