Very powerfull. I also like that you can access real time insights using the dashboards and customizable reports. Finally, the analytics tools and data visualization techniques are very useful.

The things I don't like are: implementation complexity, customization challegnges, big learning curve, scalability, techinical support, high cost and potential vendor lock in.
