I like how it boosts the team's productivity and keeps our customers happy. Additionally, i like the fact that you can enter all your visits and track your leads.

The way it brings everything - products, customers, service and support - into a single intelligent platform. It helps our team work smarter, deliver faster and provide a more personalised experience at scale.

The platform allows creating customized messages after studying consumer's behavior, preferences and interactions. The function of creating an automated customer journey makes the customer experience seamless and smooth with our brand and it reduces the time to onboard a customer. It also offers campaign performance data in real time, giving us the ability to conduct course corrections if needed. Overall it's an excellent addition to any marketing campaign planning team.

I don't have anything to dislike about Salesforce Communications Cloud.

The biggest drawback is how complex and resource heavy the implementation can be.

Campaign design is not an easy task and involves many variables. We require constant support from vendors to understand the tool and reduce mistakes in running campaigns.
