I loved how easy it was to start using Hightouch as a new user. Its user interface is quite intuitive and modern, which made onboarding pain-free for me. As an end user, there is a limited set of actions I typically perform on Hightouch, and after an initial training, I have found navigating the platform effortless and even enjoyable. The UI is solid enough that even if I’m doing something new, or something I haven’t repeated long enough to remember the process off the cuff, it feels self-explanatory so I can manage even without having to explore the documentation. Perhaps most importantly for my purview, the integrations Hightouch offers have it an invaluable tool and an integral part of my workflow. These integrations have helped to eliminate dependencies on engineering teams and have made it possible to funnel data from our app into Braze (for marketing purposes) more quickly than ever before. Hightouch even has a built-in AI agent which has proven super helpful in building audiences. Performance has been reliably stable in my experience, and I haven’t had occasion to encounter any downtime or lags.

Hightouch is reliable, easy to use, and solves the problem of moving data out of our internal store out to the applications where we need to use it (Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads etc). The price point is pretty high for what it does, and it feels like a simpler solution would work just as well.

Hightouch has become an integral part of my workflow as it allows me as a marketing person to independently get data into the customer engagement platform I use. Getting new user attributes and events for our customer engagement platform had long been a bottleneck for my team, but now thanks to Hightouch, we can create audiences utilizing the vast amounts of data available in Hightouchs Schema, and then sync them to our customer engagement platform either as user attributes or as custom events.

UX is clear and easy to understand.

What I appreciate most is the seamless integration with our datalake and the intuitive nature of the audience segmentation tool. It has completely eliminated the need for manual data exports, drastically reducing our time-to-market for digital campaigns. The platform is robust and reliable making the sync process to other platforms straightforward and automated.

Dislike

There are some things that stand to be improved with the user interface, for example when it comes to data visualization (Charts under Intelligence): Pie chart is not available as an option, sorting options are not available when you have multiple Group by dimensions, and the data labels for the bars on a bar chart are truncated. Also, data isnt automatically refreshed and you must manually click a button to refresh a dashboard or a chart. For me these are minor concerns, as I do not use Hightouch for data analysis.

Pricing is prohibitively high and feels punitive.

There is still some manual effort required when defining complex data filters and maintaining consistent naming conventions across a large volume of audiences. There is still room for further automation and more advanced collaborative features to help teams manage large scale deployments.

    High performance advertising with seamless platform integration

    We successfully implemented a warehouse-native architecture that bridges our datalake with our main marketing channels. The setup was rapid, allowing us to move from development to production without friction.     Incredible team and powerful data activation platform

    The entire Hightouch team is very competent and responsive, supporting us in all the implementations and tests we want to run. In addition, the engineering team is very fast in releasing new features, and the support team is extremely quick and effective in answering our questions. It is a platform that already offers several valuable solutions for our business and is in constant evolution, especially with AI-related features.

    HighTouch does what I need it to do. I wouldn't say it blows me away? But does it really need to? It gets my data from one place to another and it does it in a way that doesn't make me want to pull my hair out.
