Conga is the aggregate of two SaaS providers, Conga and Apttus. Conga was originally founded to prove what was possible in the space of digital documentation, while Apttus was an innovator in quote-to-cash (QTC) solutions. On May 7, 2020, the companies merged with the goal to provide a comprehensive solution offering to manage the revenue lifecycle. Today, Conga’s global operations span North America, Europe, and Asia.

Ability to automate the creation of highly customisable documents for use int eh CRM.
native integration in Salesforce, access to data and template update process. Integration with Conga Sign is a real plus.
The User Interface is not for building queries and creating merges. the online training and documentation is great.
seamless integration and the ability to easily update templates.
There some limitation in dynamic management of the template, this imply you have to create different kind of template and layout. We found some limit in process integratd with phisical printing.
Depending on how many relationships an object has, the query builder may no longer be an option to use.

Amazing tool, make sure you work with Conga to take full advantage!
Overall, this tool is incredibly useful and makes end users lives so much easier. In particular, setting up the tool and getting solutions set up can be a little painful if it is something there are not steps for. (IE- a very custom solution with custom objects, may be hard to set up, if we haven't done it before).
