What I like most is the ability of this product to keep up with the advancement of technologies and the demands made by the Brazilian Federal Farm, a tool that surprises me all the time.
This product is actually very important as it gives us insights of our potential customers.
It is good for operational aspects, client management and risk management
My only caveat as to the quality of this tool is the technical ability of the staff to provide the technical support.
Sometimes there is not enough information about the customers, which only causes us waste of time.

Good to use but not sufficient.
We use this product whenever we will add a new customer to our portfolio, it is good to use it however sometimes there are not much/useful information to guide us if the customer is risky or not. Implementation was easy but we use this service very rarely and it is difficult to assess.
We only use this vendor when we have a technical issue that needs resolving. When the right technical operator is identified it all works well but sometimes I have experienced difficulties with my correspondent when they struggled to identify the correct person with the right knowledge to resolve and this can be stressful and time consuming.
