I would like to cancel my service but apparently we're locked in for another year.
1) I like how well it handles on-demand, personalized demos which are easy to build and incredibly effective at engaging prospects early in the sales cycle. 2) I really value the analytics and engagement tracking, which give us clear insight into what matters most to each viewer. 3) The integration with our existing tools, like Highspot or Salesloft has made adoption smooth and kept our workflow seamless
There isn't much negative feedback that I have about the Consensus product offering. One thing that came up recently is that we would love the ability to use the demo walkthroughs as almost a landing page and have additional collateral or data capture on the pages. Not a dislike about the product though!
Probably their customer support or lackthereof.
The only downside is the initial learning curve: some of the terminology takes a bit to get used to, but once it clicks, everything falls into place.

Strict Auto-Renewal Policy Raises Concerns About Consensus Customer Satisfaction Approach
Consensus doesn't seem to care about customer success until the renewal comes around. And watch out, they have very extreme auto-renewal terms that require you to formally notify within 90 days of contract renewal. We indicated our dissatisfaction with the product's technical limitations throughout our first year as a customer, and even stated they would impact our ability to renew. The Consensus team didn't send the renewal notification to anyone who signed our contract or made the original purchasing decisions. They sent it to our product's end user: our sales team who is focused on other things outside of SaaS admin/billing. Never in my life have I seen such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and customer success. Mastering Demoboard: The Need for Simplified User Replacement Features
I really enjoy making libraries in order to to create demoboards with tours and other demos. Moreover, the fact that you can send public links is very useful. However, I find that the last improvement to have interval of dates search is not very relevant or intuitive. Indeed, sometimes we want to look at all the demoboards we've made and we have to fill in a range of dates which is annoying.
