The Constructor product range is top of its class for AI/ML search, merchandising and personalisation on site in real-time for customers. The intuitive results allow for true personalisation, when combined with Quizzes we have a deeper understanding of our user journeys and needs.
The product is very easy to use and is always improving. Our service partners work to really understand our business use cases and don't just bring random unrelated features to our attention. I appreciate that analytics and Ab testing are becoming more of a priority within the platform.
Very easy to use and figure out- don't need extensive training, the auto creation of search synonyms reduces workload on merchandiser, the attractiveness scores and item data in interact clearly explain why a particular result was returned, so there's no guessing, decent amount of data shown in the reporting dashboard.
Reliance on automated algorithms can limit a merchant's ability to override results, though manipulation of search and merchandising results exists, this does reduce flexibility in specific use cases. Implementation from the in-house team was time-heavy but support was provided.
Would love to more easily AB test merchandising strategies.
Don't like that you can only hide facets on browse pages, but they all have to be visible on search. Would like capability to hide and show on browse and search separately.
