The possibility of creating a tailor-made solution, that is also fine with not using all of the functionality. We can select what we want and can do while skipping the parts which are not in-line with our business goals and everything still works as good, to the best of capabilities. We can add new features or remove them after testing without any issues thanks to great business reps.
1) Easy to implement and maintain 2) Multilingual support works out of the box. 3) Deals with traffic pretty well 4) Helpful support team always ready to answer questions
Once set up, all you need to do is refine the search, everything works very automatically. So you just checking if there is new inaccurate search and set results for them.
Not much, honestly. What caught my attention and required help was the historical reporting data, that was not immediately available (but delivered promptly when asked for, naturally). I do understand the need to clear that data from the user panel for better, faster performance, though.
1) Sometimes during heavy load testing - responses were too many requests, but nothing critical 2) The UI has small learning curve, but it's easy to get used to it 3) Catalog browser feels just a bit limited
We are waiting for greater involvement of artificial intelligence and machine learning exchange.
