See Full DiscussionWe are about to start a tender process for this and going to attempt to use the Buy Smart functionality. We also have a SAP based architecture for our ERP however it is unlikely we will go with Ariba mainly based on cost and complexity.

Coupa has made it easier for me to manage standard e-sourcing processes. The limitation is that there is limited detail which can be useful for strategic sourcing decisions. The enhanced reporting features can provide enhanced supplier management and thus unleash the full potential of Coupa.
