Integration with ERP and procurement systems, User interface, e-sourcing & auctions, supplier collaboration, cost optimization etc. are the features I like.
An array of features which really adds to the QoS, making it better than the earlier platform we used to run RFx's on. Supports mobility and has a host of features which really aides a strategic sourcing personnel in their work. Also, the deployment was really smooth.
We would like Coupa's source-to-pay (S2P) suite to some extent because it can assist with procurement management. I get to see what I am spending, which offers even better prices and get to keep tabs on the amount being spent.
There is nothing to dislike about this tool.
Cant edit sourcing events while they are active, no dashboard/summary creation features from the event directly (which previous platform aided).
The level of detail I may want in a generated report may require a lot of rigging to accomplish. They frequently have to export the data and work it on another program, which is quite cumbersome and time-wasting.
