It produces search results faster than I could find them on my own. It's helping our org be more efficient as a whole.
I love that we are able to use AI at our company and safely protect our data. It has been exciting to see how the Credal team has grown and enhanced the product over the time we have been using Credal. The support team is top notch - always willing to help troubleshoot issues, accept product feedback, or resolve issues in a timely manner.
The customisation of this production is limited.
The Credal search engine often misses things in our company chat threads that when I look for myself, I can find. I wish it was more powerful in this aspect. Also, it often regurgitates outdated information that is no longer correct due to resurfacing old threads from 3 years ago.
Having a clear product roadmap would be beneficial. Being aware of upcoming features and improvements with Credal would help to understand the direction Credal is going in and plan accordingly. Specific product feedback: The ability to read images with Credal would be beneficial to our organization. Improved integration capabilities. Speed: At times, copilots can be slow. It would be nice to improve the speed to enhance the user experience. Web UI chat length: The web UI times out or fails to complete tasks when the chat becomes too long, such as during script writing. Improving the handling of larger conversations would be helpful. Reporting capabilities: Reporting features surrounding copilots would provide more insights and help optimize usage.
