The Credal search engine often misses things in our company chat threads that when I look for myself, I can find. I wish it was more powerful in this aspect. Also, it often regurgitates outdated information that is no longer correct due to resurfacing old threads from 3 years ago.

Being aware of upcoming features and improvements with Credal would help to understand the direction Credal is going in and plan accordingly. Specific product feedback: The ability to read images with Credal would be beneficial to our organization. Improved integration capabilities. Speed: At times, copilots can be slow. It would be nice to improve the speed to enhance the user experience. Web UI chat length: The web UI times out or fails to complete tasks when the chat becomes too long, such as during script writing. Improving the handling of larger conversations would be helpful. Reporting capabilities: Reporting features surrounding copilots would provide more insights and help optimize usage.
