Github has been our standard for hosting code, but adding Copilot to our review workflow has been a notable shift. It's great for catching the 'low-hanging fruit' like syntax slips and generating quick summaries for long pull requests, which saves me a lot of mental energy. While I appreciate the one-click fixes and the autofill features for PR descriptions, I still have to keep a close eye on it because it occasionally suggests code that doesn't align with our specific project style. It's a solid 4 star tool that has definitely sped up our development cycle.

Overall, Azure DevOps is a great tool to keep a nice and tidy track of developments within any kind of system within the business ERP. It works standalone, which is great, and provides absolute adaptability - as in, to enhance and keep a tidy track of all the processes outside the system - mostly, in developing a specific system. It is extremely versatile in the way it gives numerous contributors the chance to add comments/observations/solutions to 1 unified project.

Our overall experience with Bitbucket has been positive. It has been a stable and dependable platform for managing source code and collaborating across development teams. The integration with other Atlassian tools, especially Jira, helps streamline workflows and maintain better visibility between code changes and project tracking. The pull request and code review process us straightforward and works well for enforcing development standards. Access control and branch permissions provide good governance, which is important for enterprise environments. While the core features are solid, there are occasional issues with larger repositories and some advanced CI/CD use cases require additional configuration. Despite these limitations, Bitbucket meets our day-to-day development needs and continues to be a reliable solution overall.

CodeRabbit has been a lifesaver for people like me who are reviewing a bunch of code requests daily. It acts as a bridge between the coder and reviewer, catching code issues before hand and making sure the code is clean, reliable and ready to ship.

AWS Code commit is a functional and extremely secure, but it lacks a smooth, efficient code review process. However, it would feel slower compared to any other modern tool available in the market. In simple words, it would be suitable for solo developers/DevOps engineers and those who prefer security over efficiency.

I had a chance to try the CodeScene software program as a second tool to check the code writing, and I would say that it is fantastic. It helped me to become better at writing code, and learn how to find mistakes and where they are.
