I like the survey service the website offers.
Reporting funcitionality has limitations when working with smaller sample sizes, which restricts the ability to drill down itno specific teams or departments while maintaining statistical validity. This can make it challenging to provide actionable insights particularly for smaller business units.
1. 1-1 feature doesn't add much value to the tool 2. The % to goal slider is nice but it is very subjective as to what the % is as there is nothing to link it to 3. There is a dependency for the business to have set some goals etc in the platform to be able to link yourself to, if this isn't done then there is limited benefit
I wish there were more surveys for management or employees to take part in. They are good now, but more wish they would update or provide new insights.
