Customer service has been great, quick response to questions, the willingness of the staff to reach out and work with you. Product is always improving and the company takes feedback, and in most cases utilize it to make changes. It didn't take very long to get up and running, even just getting on the software without knowing it ahead of time is pretty self-explanatory. It is easy to learn.

CyberStrong's ease of use, the thought process behind how things are done in the platform, it puts all of your risk and compliance function into one single interface rather than modules. It relates everything back to the NIST CSF which is great for us as we do a lot of DoD work. The understanding that CyberSaint has of these issues and programs is deep, and the product shows that they know their stuff, and know what's important. The layout of the platform and the way that I can navigate is clean, simple, easy to follow along, and is not complex. It really is an all-in-one solution functionality-wise. Even as I was learning about the regulations and risk management, the platform made a huge difference in my own learning curve as well. For the price as well the value is immense.

CyberSaint was a referral from a peer. We love the simplicity and value for investment. Great customer support and deployment experience.

1. Able to start working in the first week! 2. Minimal training required and easy to include vendors in our risk assessment process. 3. Natural Language Processing makes controls very easy to understand. 4. Has all major frameworks (NIST, HIPAA, CIS etc) and all are connected back to NIST CSF. 5. The basis of the assessments is NIST 800-30, which is our method of choice.
