I like the real-time recommendation and decision feature of this platform the most. This feature helps me to get all the important recommendations via email and notification that helps me to plan and do an effective marketing camapign. Hence I like these two features the most about this tool.
The great feature that I like the most about this is - this platform works and supports each and every channel including SMS, Paid media, Email, Web, and Mobile. Because of this particular feature, I am able to target and engage our customers through all the channels and there is no miss at all. Hence I like this feature the most.
I feel that the user interface can improve.
I dislike the event targeting feature of this platform, I have seen some lag issue on it, I am not sure if this is happening with me only, but I am hoping that this will improve by them in the next update. Hence I dislike this only.
I dislike the price a little bit about this platform, pricing is not very high but not comes in the budget as well. According to the market competition and trends I feel that price is a little bit high and I dislike this price structure.
