I like the real-time recommendation and decision feature of this platform the most. This feature helps me to get all the important recommendations via email and notification that helps me to plan and do an effective marketing camapign. Hence I like these two features the most about this tool.

The great feature that I like the most about this is - this platform works and supports each and every channel including SMS, Paid media, Email, Web, and Mobile. Because of this particular feature, I am able to target and engage our customers through all the channels and there is no miss at all. Hence I like this feature the most.

I feel that the user interface can improve.

I dislike the event targeting feature of this platform, I have seen some lag issue on it, I am not sure if this is happening with me only, but I am hoping that this will improve by them in the next update. Hence I dislike this only.

    Marketing and sales both are very important for any organization and both depend on each other. I have been using D*engage marketing platform to boost our marketing process as well as to get some good leads for our sales team as well. This platform is very very easy to use I must say. The platform is secure and fast and comes with strong technical professionals service support. The pricing is also very good not very high. I have not faced any issue yet related to this platform but have seen some real impact with the help of inbound as well as lead scores which helps my sales team to work on those leads in different approaches. Hence my overall experience using this marketing hub platform is really well.

    D•engage Customer Driven Marketing Platform is truly a platform made for engaging the customers. I have been using this platform for a very long time and overall I am very happy. This platform single handly managing all our internal marketing activities and we are able to engage our customers like never before. With the help of this, we have automated our process like inbound leads and paid media campaigns and we never miss sending the promotional and branding emails and information to our customers and prospective customer. Because of the user-friendly platform, I am able to work on this platform ineffective way and able to complete and create any campaign very easily. So that I must say here that my overall experience is very well.
