Deacom is really awesome but there is an obvious issue with it. Even though it optimizes our in-store delivery process, its disturbed inventory system results in our often derailed workflow. The problem of the accuracy of the storage remains an Achilles heel and Deacom keeps this sword to manage deliveries with both sides.

The robustness of Deacom by ECI in binding remote delivery procedures with in-house operations was what made it exceptional to me. It renders me unable to use distinct systems thus giving out a flow of order picking, warehousing flue and delivery scheduling. This standardized strategy improved our picking precision as well as the daily delivery to the stores by 14%.

Complicated sales. Essentials tier is basic and everything else is sold as an add-on.

Deacom's stocks are frankly uneven. Real-time stock visibility is therefore inconvenient with me on all accounts, causing out-of-stock conditions and picking mistakes that keep the staff morale discouraged and the customers dissatisfied. However, providing better tracking of inventory is of pivotal importance to facilitate in-store delivery.
