How unified everything feels. Onboarding, global ability to hire, comp data, workforce planning, engagement tools are all part of one platform which saves a huge amount of time. Employee experience is smooth and it removes a lot of manual work for HR. But what I value the most is the partnership with the Deel team, they are proactive, fast and collaborative.

- The UI/UX is so intuitive and it is easy to manage all employee-related matters in one spot. - Our Deel support contact is very responsive and always has the right answers handy (or at least is quick in finding them out!). - We use PEO with a number of other Deel solutions, and having all of those in one, centralized location makes HR management a breeze!
Nothing major but some things could still improve A few modules could benefit from deeper customisation for more complex internal structures, but I am aware the Deel team is working on this. During rapid feature releases, the interface sometimes feels slightly ahead of the documentation.
System limitations
I honestly haven't experienced anything negative up to this point.
