Great API to work with, especially when trying to automate away Moogsoft ticket creation and hook it up with Opsgenie and our homegrown monitoring system, YAMAS.
Lack of Dashboards and Reporting.

Unlike Opsgenie, there is no holistic way to pull all tickets into a simple JSON object, or at least, the docs do not provide an easy way to do this. Moogsoft's UI makes it a bit difficult to find parent tickets and tickets similar to a particular incident. Of course, this might be due to my lack of experience with the system. The timeline system can be borderline useless without very specific time series data input.
