While Deloitte's Operate (AMS) offering is quite strong, there is an opportunity to be more strategic and proactive in the support provided, beyond a primary focus on ticket resolution. They can also further differentiate themselves through more value-added, forward-looking support, particularly in a rapidly-evolving landscape where AI is becoming increasingly important.
The code regarding BTP interfaces were very basic and did have a lot of opportunity to be much better. Overall the existing coding does not allow us to have good performance without needing code remediation.
