Deloitte's responsiveness, commitment and proactive approach was instrumental in the success of the implementation. The Program Director and his team managed the client and showed full commitment during the project and were able to provide practical and valuable insights which enhanced our system functionalities. Above all, Deloitte's collaborative working style and technical expertise ensured the implementation was smooth, well-managed and ultimately successful.
While Deloitte's Operate (AMS) offering is quite strong, there is an opportunity to be more strategic and proactive in the support provided, beyond a primary focus on ticket resolution. They can also further differentiate themselves through more value-added, forward-looking support, particularly in a rapidly-evolving landscape where AI is becoming increasingly important.
The code regarding BTP interfaces were very basic and did have a lot of opportunity to be much better. Overall the existing coding does not allow us to have good performance without needing code remediation.
None, Deloitte managed all the challenges we faced together as a whole team. We never felt that we are dealing with a client - More of one team with high ambition to be at the top.
