There is a wide range of talent at TCS and on our contract. It's clear who cares and strives to excel and who is either not a fit for the role or is happy with average performance. I appreciate representative in his collaboration to create and sustain the best team at our company.

Our TCS partners are very good executors and with guidance & training provide huge value in the testing space. The test captains are an integral part of the Accelerate testing work package. However, the team lacks thought leadership and does not promote, encourage or enforce industry best practices. TCS more follows the lead of us (who are not experts in ERP integration) rather than leading us.
