It provides clear visibility into the software and also provides mobile applications.
Experienced leadership in the account management, transition, delivery and transformation teams has been very strong and consistent. Transition was very smooth and delivery has been consistent with continued focus on transformation. Commercial flexibility has been displayed consistently through the initial contract negotiations into delivery and supports the strength of the relationship.
Resource availabilities sometimes like any consulting firm but we were always able to get the right staffing
IBM Cloud ERP provides limited user control. Sometimes we face integration challenges with third party systems.
Focus on transformation can be difficult at times with cost cutting measures in place but this could have been provisioned better in the contract by both parties.
