Overall Deloitte has been a great partner commercially, however we have had challenges with getting skilled and experienced resources through the life of the program. It appears that they have oversold and there bench is not as deep as they led us to believe. This has led to us having to revisit key decisions and experienced rework in some of our more complex areas. We chose Deloitte as this was a major transformation and our current internal talent pool both on the business and IT was no experienced. Overall the program is healthy for a transformation of our size just wish we could have gotten some better talent up front to help drive the discussions.
