Overall I have very positive experience with Demoleap. Only area I see could improve is to make reporting feature more comprehensive, even if we can indirectly use some reporting features from Salesforce, and it will be great Demoleap could provide more comprehensive native reporting features.
Confusing for Teams and new starters. Not able to add our own personality to the app and often found lack of support with different functionalities
- Nothing that I can think of. There are been some questions and one thing hard to find within the dashboard but any issues I had, the support team was quick to help and very knowledgeable to do so.
