Ability to build and customize reports is easy. We have several staff members that enjoy this feature.
One challenge was the learning curve for some of our users when using some of the features. Some on the team felt the platform had limited customization options for some of their specific reporting needs.
It can be slow when processing large amounts of data which can be a problem.
It may seem complex at first, but it is really easy to work with and train others on.
