The easiness to connect to various data sources is worth mentioning and this will help creating repeatable data analytics with different data sources and data sets.
1) Easy to use interface 2) Support team was very nice 3) Price was fair
- able to process large amount of data - very efficient and user friendly - preserve integrity of data - branding: recognize by any familiar to the tool that it is very reliable.
Some of the reports are not easy to configure and understand, and require technical knowledge to understand reports even sometimes. There is no auto-run option for reports, we have to manually run the reports. While I was a user of HighBond I felt there was less integration with Microsoft tools.
1) Support team struggled to find answers to issues we were experiencing with platform 2) Dashboards difficult to customize and provide valuable data and insights 3) Limited user licenses (more for a fee)

A must have technology!
When I joined my company in 2017, we are technologically behind compared to current market trends and what companies are implementing to help their business. Report preparation was completely manual. Source data of reports just cover at most a year worth of information. Report takes weeks to prepare. I introduced ACL Analytics and showed that these tasks can improved dramatically. I was able to analyze 6GB worth of data - obviously, that cannot be processed by the spreadsheet software being used to prepare reports. And the best part of it, I was able to create a script, run the same analysis on our business units in a matter of seconds or minutes! Good application for the accounting and auditing profession
There was tremendous amount of support from the Galvanize team in onboarding every staff onto the platform. The training provided was very in depth and enabled everyone to try out the platform and effectively learn how to utilise the various audit management and data analytics tools. What impressed me the most was the technical knowledge and experience that the Galvanize team had in applying the tools to our industry and profession. I have personally used other audit and analytics tools in my previous organisation and the level of support and application capabilities of ACL analytics is frankly unparalleled. I hope to further explore the Robotics function and other HighBond products to automate the processes in our organisation.
