The current reporting functionality is quite lacking, so there is not much possibility to generate specific reports which we need. Still, getting the data out for analysis in other tools takes time and is somewhat manual.
Performance, bugs, time to fix bugs.
Pricing could be more transparent or broken down On premise edition would be nice also
