From our organizational experience we find that the ACL GRC projects and reports modules are working well for us, however the results, mission control and strategy modules are not well in line with our skill level and therefore utilization is very minimal. We would require more guidance in terms of webinars and content in ACL academy to aid us in building the necessary skill level to adequately use the tools.

I was particularly struck by the strategic approach HighBond adopted to IT risk management aspects. It is a single location for everything ranging from risk and security assessments to the workflows used when responding to an attack.

I like the fact that you can configure triggers in a server environment for continuous monitoring and audit.

The centralized platform HighBond that we use for IT risk management has been useful for our team. It has also made a huge difference in our risk assessment functionalities and the general safety situation.

Each of them has been given the time and effort to be understood and properly implemented by HighBond. Such a complication may hamper adoption and extend the time necessary to realize optimum value from the platform.

I dislike the fact that there are not enough webinars to build capacity and skill levels.

HighBond provides a large number of notifications, so it is difficult to sort out the important and insignificant problems. Sifting through hundreds of alerts consumes time and minimizes our ability for proper categorization.
