VRM is one of the biggest modules that RSAM offers, thus many situation can occur with time.
Given the above, support is not always responsive and aware of what needs to be done to fix a given situation.
Overall implementation was statisfactory, however, we had issue translating the process/service needs into RSAM terminology. Given this was the situation, the RSAM consultant and the employees that were performing the implementation did not understand and/or meet our initial expectations. This was later resolved, however, compromizes had to be made on both sides.
Some of the functionality that we were initially expecting was delayed and/or not yet implemented, especially when it comes to metrics and measurements.

Custom reporting is limited, especially when hosted in the cloud. They should really attempt to build an interface for admins where they can build a custom report and upload it to the tool.
