Best product for vendor risk management
The level at which we can customize the workflows and the ability to monitor and generate reports are granular level is truly exceptional. Out of box features is enough for most of the workflows but when it comes to customizations its where it stood out from rest of the market, easily we can customize and integrate not only to new workflows but also with existing workflows. Ticketing and tracking for external vendors for their IT and software needs stood out multiple tests and we were able to train easily all new vendors on accessing, till now no complaints on learning to use the platform. Excellent support from the ServiceNow team, short time to comeback with answer to queries and even shorter time to fix any issues. Regular updates which are pre informed helps plan the activities in advance.
