It's very user friendly.

OneTrust has made it easier to obtain information about vendors, conduct risk assessments, and produce reports. This was a view of the vendor landscape that felt like we had better control over compliance and overall security.

Reporting functionalit is not the best; it can be hard to integrate and it is slow sometimes.

Analyzing all these notifications that are received on a daily basis has become tiresome and time consuming. The prioritization system usually highlights low risk concerns, thus hiding important concerns that need to be addressed.
