Very good Services at right price. Some of the additional service provided are off grate help. Bringing improvements in the process to cater to customer requirements before anybody is asking for. Value added services are off grate help with right kind of back-end resource they have.

CtrlS provided good services. Their technical and management staff provide support 24*7. Overall experience is good. CtrlS Data Centre available in Mumbai and Hyderabad.

Postitives: Overall experience has been good from the point of technical knowhow, stability & scalability, managed services as well as taking required responsibility & ownership. Issues were never ducked or circumvented. Can be improved: Some glitches were there with respect to 1) project management especially regarding communication within different planning, execution & support teams and 2) time management.
