Diver is a powerful data management platform for business users . As a data analyst in the Wine Import business, I always need to produce regular management reports and on-demand ad-hoc reports based on our sales data and 3rd party data reflecting retailers' sales performance. Diver platform sophisticately integrates my company's internal data and 3rd party data (external data) in one system. With that, I can select many preset dimensions and measures to create the reports, according to the business needs. In addition, I can self-define new dimensions to produce more customized reports in accordance with the company's intrinsic definitions of the business market. Once I, as a user, encounter any technical issues or get stuck on something I don't understand well, Diver's developer, Dimensional Insight has a very responsive technical support team to inspect my inquiries and provide with solutions in a good timely manner. The whole user experience is exceptional.
