MS DOS look to it gives an automatic pause from people. The perception is outdated when you look at it.

ProDiver is one of the strongest tools in our armory, mainly because of it's end user friendliness. Most often we (IT) are asked nothing more than to get the data in and 95% of the time our users take over from there. We don't have a better tool that gives us a better ROI than ProDiver. Of course, on the IT side of things, ProDiver and its related tools give us the ability to add multiple levels of complexity when needed.

Overall I would say that the use of Diver has helped us in many ways. It's a very versatile product that can be applied and used in so many different situations. Ranging from expert analysis and data collection to a great seldom user experience in the web portal. It is also a very good partner to deal with in any kind of situation.
