Globalement, l'experience avec DOKU Payments a été satisfaisante pour gérer des paiements en indonésie. La solution est robuste sur les flux standards et l'intégration peut être rapide si l'on utilise les parcours recommandés (checkout/redirect ou SDK). Ce qui a bien fonctionné : la couverture des moyens de paiement locaux, la stabilité en production et la disponibilité de la documentation technique. ce qui a moins bien fonctionné : certaines étapes d'onboarding (KYC / contractualisation) qui peuvent être longues, des cas limites où la gestion des statuts de paiement demande une attention particulière, et un support parfois variable selon la complexité du sujet.
