Fairly cheap but still qualitatively valid products. Wide range of models available, very easy and intuitive to configure and use the applications.

The price and the easy installation and configuration

reliability, user friendly interface, advance features like remote viewing and motion sensor

The quality of printed circuit boards inside the NVRs could be improved by using better-cooled boards ans higher-quality components. Improve the graphics of the web server for configuration because it is old and sometimes too simplfied.

The technical features and the white and light compensation filters can be improved

OEM doesn't provide Low side works and installation, instead it is done via third party integrators

We use hikvision DS Series for surveillance system for years. They have good price and performance ratio. With reasonable budget, you can get working surveillance system with good video quality and scalability. They also easy to get in the market and have simple setup and configuration for basic surveillance system.

The solution is strong but as it's "the only game in town" when it comes to NVRs on this scale (barring startups and occasionals) it's now a little dated.
