The initial implementation and configuration is slightly complex, requiring a fairly high degree of technical expertise and time to align with existing internal processes. The user experience can also feel slightly dated at times, but it doesn't impact functionality or usability.

Highly customizable but the reports and dashboards are not that intuitive. Look and feel seems outdated. Recommended for users who have limited datasets and fixed reports. Analytics would require different sets of tools. Overall becomes heavy and lot of licensing cost if you want to leverage it fully. IOT data can be absorbed but needs to be planned properly for the scale and error correction.
