Well organized, this gives a clear picture of where the supplier stands in terms of compliance and sustainability and an easy UI for the scoring system to understand
Not suitable for small factories due to the required criteria. The questionnaire is very long and some parts are not relevant for all suppliers. The cost of assessments is very high, so leads to low intake when trying to get suppliers to sign up.
Static scorecard for full scoring, extensive questionnaire and supplier fees. Negative news alerts does not impact risk score
Everything is good but if I need to choose one i would say the response from the team to fix bugs sometimes.
