For me, I like the attendance tracking capabilities of the application. This is the intended use of the app in our organization and it does it's job very well. Some of the features I like most are: attendance tracking not just for your direct reports, but for the entire hierarchy attendance approval process with instant notifications configuration for different types of leaves and holidays mobile app capabilities personal and manager dashboards calendar integration
The software is feature rich and has multiple capabilities, and they seem to be adding more features. However, most organizations may not need/don't use majority of the features. This impacts the pricing
