We Actively use this application for our day to day surveys, feedback cycles, attendance management, payroll process and internal assessments and the experience has been exceptionally smooth. The platform allows us to extract data, mark attendance, run detailed analyis, and access insights in real time. Its user friendly design, quick loding , relible reporting feature have significantly streamlined our workflow. Overall we are highly statisfied with the consistent performance and relibilty of this HRMS application.

The product has completely transformed our perception of hrms platform. the ability of effortlessly conduct review, launch review, gather employee inputs and generate comprehensive reports has made our analysis more data driven and impactful. Features like real-time insights, customizable surveys, reports, workflow, templates, automated notifications and user friendly dashboards help us make faster and more informed decisions. by enabling end to end process improvements, the application has strengthened our HR operations and enhanced overall efficiency.

Import facility in all module which is time saving process.

HRone provides a comprehensive HR solution, bringing together all key functions - payroll, attendance, leave, performance, recruitment, expenses, helpdesk - in one unified platform. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple for both HR teams and employees to use without much training. The reports and dashboards offer real time insights and help in data-driven decision making.

While the platform performs well overall, one area that still needs improvement is report customization. we are currently uanble to tailor the reports fully to our internal needs.

The expense module is pathetic it is not working

Integration with external systems or tools sometimes requires additional time and configuration. Notifications and reminders can be more dynamic and better aligned with key HR events or pending tasks. Sometimes, there are minor synchronization delays between modules like attendance and payroll which require manual checks.

It is a well designed, user-friendly platform that brings together all the essential HR functions - including Attendance, Payroll, Leave, Performance, Recruitment, Expense, and helpdesk - under one system. The platform has helped us simplify and automate our daily HR operations significantly reducing manual effort and paperwork. Modules like TimeOffice and Payroll ensure accurate data and seamless processing. The self-service feature empowers employees to manage their own requests, which has improved overall responsiveness and reduced HR workload.

It is a Human Resource management system which helps in managing the hire to retire process of the total employee life cycle. It is a user friendly software for both HR as well as the employee. HROne made my experience better as it generates the tax forms, official HR letter and payslips automatically which I also like how it supports a wide range of integrations which is really impressive also the dashboard provides me a complete image of my data.
