I like that eFax makes sending and receiving faxes simple and secure directly through email. When looking for a solution, they were they only secure, HIPAA compliant option for digitally sending faxes via email. It eliminates the need for physical fax machines, saves time, and provides clear delivery confirmation. The convenience and reliability of being able to fax from anywhere are its biggest strengths
It was very easy to setup the instance and start receiving electronic faxes.
The pay model allows us to pay more for higher volume of faxing. They are quick to provision us with an eFax account on request. Its easy logging onto the admin portal and adding/revoking access.
The main drawback is that the eFax web interface feels dated and can be clunky to navigate. Managing large volumes of faxes or searching past records isn't as smooth as it could be, and occasional delivery delays do happen.
Support team is terrible unequipped to support the product. The software is not capable of fulling an integration to Azure AD or Entra. The sales team will threaten legal action or bill you for the remainder of the contract if you want to cancel. Support teams are offshore and simply send back poor instructions that do not match the product, days later.
Working on fhe IT desk. i dont hear many complaints about eFax. Its a great solution for faxing needs. The cost can be a bit high if you're a heavy user of fax.

Didn't Deliver
Support on this product is non-existent. We have been trying to port our numbers for 8 months. Still cant seem to find someone on their team that can figure out how to do it. We have a failed deployment and can't even get them to return our calls at this point. Very disappointing.
