What I like most about the Egencia app is how it keeps all travel details in one place and provides real-time updates, making business travel easier, more organized and less stressful.

Provides a map to select hotels. Identifies whether Hotel is within the company policy. Can plan entire trips covering multiple hotels and travel arrangements in one place

Wide pre-negotiated rates, easy UI, 24/7 services, especially for urgent travel within 72 hours, I like their response time a lot. The reps are patient and listen to your problem and execute until satisfaction. That sets them apart from others.

What I dislike most about the Egencia app is how restrictive it can feel at times. While the policy controls make sense for corporate travel, they often limit flexibility and choice, especially when trying to make quick changes. The interface also feels a bit dated, so simple actions can take steps longer than expected, which can be frustrating when you're already dealing with the stress of travel.

Not integrated with Google so another password to remember. Communications with hotels can occassionally not be complete meaning that Users have to pay rather than the company paying. It is basically the same as other travel aggregators in terms of the selection of hotels availabe, so some in the UK , which is a large hotel chain who my company have a corporate account with are not on the site, meaning that often we do not even use this solution as we follow a different process for booking with them, making Egencia not a complete solution to travel and hotel stays. Not really a fault of Egencia, but it does dimish the benefit of using it...

The customization is limited to our organization. We have a lot of destinations which may not be mainstream or large cities. That keeps them from giving good offers for those areas. They are also very objective in their policy rule applications- that makes it harder to book a travel which may be within 5% of the policy restrictions.
