Despite the speed of the system, it does a great job of providing options based on distance and to consider other options as you book the needed travels. It always pushes the recommended options to the top which make it easy and fast to book.

The booking process was really easy and also to change the filght.
For me, the biggest dislike is just the speed of the system, clicking anything requires like 10 seconds of delay before response, resulting in over or double clicks. I tried on multiple different computers so I know it's not my device's problem.
Lack of choice - sometimes need to use different travel vendors meaning additional approvals and time.
