What we liked most about the product was 1) to be able to expense receipts and items immediately via mobile app or through the web browser so we didnt have to keep physical receipts or scan and upload them later. 2) it allowed us to categorize and streamline expense types better so that we could understand where expenses were coming from and from which buckets.
Intuitive platform functionality
I like that UX is quite straightforward. They also have good communication with business partners (reseller in our case) .
The only thing that we struggled with was getting the initial groups logged in as there were some issues with getting their sign ons to work but that was more from the ADP side as we needed to ensure their emails matched.
It doesn't accept an expense description that has any special character which is very annoying

Good tool, but can get better
That's a pretty stable tool, which is meeting most customer expectations. Nevertheless, on the admin end, nothing is obvious. I have to rely on Concur's trainers and main contact to investigate and solve when something is not working. The database which is provided for users is complete, but not easy to navigate into. Compared to other similar tools, Concur Travel is quite "old school": not very attractive, not much customizable, even new versions still look like old ones... But it works! Its forte is also to be linked to many other SAP systems, which obviously facilitates the use for companies.
