I like that UX is quite straightforward. They also have good communication with business partners (reseller in our case) .
1. User friendly platform 2. You can filter to find exactly what you want 3. Ensures travel is aligned with company policies
The Expense It functionality on the mobile app has been a game changer. I love being able to just scan a picture of a receipt and it immediately populates all of the important details. Moreover, it is extremely accurate! Other systems have similar functionality, but I have found them to be less accurate and reliable. The integration of travel booking with expense reporting is nice and reduces manual booking and entry for flights, hotels, and rental cars.

1. Booking travel for others can be cumbersome 2. Cannot book hotels for multiple people at once 3. Less efficient when coordinating group travel
While it is great if your organization is already integrated into the SAP ecosystem, it can be expensive overall, as with any SAP product. I would avoid this if your company is a lot smaller.
