I think the interface and UI is a little outdated and slow which hurts usability a little but it does always provide a ton of options and filters to find the best fitting travel plans for corporate travel. Mostly expensive options but I bet it's related to the settings that are set at the corporate level. It does a great job reminding users to consider other travel plans that are necessary such as booking the flight then reminding and suggesting hotel options too

Despite the speed of the system, it does a great job of providing options based on distance and to consider other options as you book the needed travels. It always pushes the recommended options to the top which make it easy and fast to book.

Easy to use and integrates with Concur expenses.

The booking process was really easy and also to change the filght.

For me, the biggest dislike is just the speed of the system, clicking anything requires like 10 seconds of delay before response, resulting in over or double clicks. I tried on multiple different computers so I know it's not my device's problem.

Lack of choice - sometimes need to use different travel vendors meaning additional approvals and time.

I was not able to manually change my flight, I had to call support.

It was easy for me to book my company flights, it's intuitive to know where to look next. I had trouble with one flight, I had to change the date and I called support and it was great, it was quick and I felt supported by the assistant.

Egencia provides a broad, organization-wide platform that is relevant for all our travelling employees. It centralizes booking, policy enforcement and reporting, which has been a notable improvement compared to when we previously were relying on credit cards and ad-hoc rules. The platform could be a bit more user-friendly (e.g., Hotels.com or Momondo), but it does bring other benefits such as consolidated reporting, ESG-tracking, etc. for Finance and HR.
