Good system and highly customizable, both as a user and when setting up the org account. Takes some time to learn as a new user, but overall good experience. Analytics and reporting is great—easily create recurring custom reports to help with inventory management, change logs, and work scheduling.

    We sought to move away from paper reports and spreadsheet scheduling, and we have also created a more robust database of machines and spare parts. We are in the process of making more preventive maintenance over corrective and to chose the optimal stock to have. We have personalized the software to our specific needs and now the whole team is familiarized with the platform and the results are improving continuously. We have more controls on the hours spent and location of our technicians, although not everyone has liked it. As a manager it has helped me to make better decisions and have more control over the daily operations.

Like

Customization is great on the user end. Choose what tables you want to have easily accessible in your toolbar, favorite frequently used reports to quickly find what you need, and save custom filters to make searching your asset register faster. From an admin side, there are plenty of security settings, such as locking edit access to certain users, to ensure your asset data remains accurate and can't be accidently changed by unqualified users.

They have excellent customer service. It has helped us improve our maintenance schedule and field service technicians efficiency. We have a robust database that is auditable for quality purposes.

Dislike

Bit of a learning curve for new users, partially due to how customizable it is.

1. The system is cumbersome to use. 2. The ability to track and specifically report on asset detailed information is poor 3. Support is slow and initial changes to the system took much too long to solve.

The software is improving and being updated, yet the mobile app still does not have a calendar included, so the team knows what everyone is doing at the moment.
