We are working on both B2C and B2B business. For B2C we leverage a lot 3rd party platforms and We have a large number of customer support requirements. And due to remote work culture and cost ROI optimization, we hired a lot temp/contractors to handle the customer service and also 3rd party companies to help us. Enthu.ai solution makes us able to gain insights about how good we are for customer support, and what are the areas we could improve, in both customer support area and in product improvement area.

Super user friendly, with numerous possible 3rd party integrations. AI works perfect, with all features delivering great results.

It is easy to set up. And the solution is universal and support multiple language quite well.

Its simple interface helps in interacting with customer easily and also connect to supervisor during call. Its ability to create script of the call. Its deployment has very easy steps. Customization is also possible.

Dislike

Since starting using the tool, feels like new additions come in slow. Pricing can be high for larger teams, specially when looking at startups. Apart from that, very positive experience of the the tool.

We are in a specific vertical of B2B and B2C business, I feel Enthu.ai AI model to analyze insights is good in general, but for specific B2B and B2C verticals, we need more customization in order to have good results. It will be great if there could be some ready to use, or low code solution to configure Enthu.ai solution for a specific vertical.

Performance slow down with increase in traffic. Require training before using the tool.
