Since starting using the tool, feels like new additions come in slow. Pricing can be high for larger teams, specially when looking at startups. Apart from that, very positive experience of the the tool.
We are in a specific vertical of B2B and B2C business, I feel Enthu.ai AI model to analyze insights is good in general, but for specific B2B and B2C verticals, we need more customization in order to have good results. It will be great if there could be some ready to use, or low code solution to configure Enthu.ai solution for a specific vertical.
Performance slow down with increase in traffic. Require training before using the tool.
