i would like more ability in repiort designer to report on queues and some if the back end items not available in report dedigner. Turn around time set up a little different design for clients with multiple lines of busines.

More of a think partner then a vendor
The Essette team is always willinh to problem solve and innovate with us. I often feel they are more of a partner vs a vendor. However, they have had growing pains and don't always hit deadlines.
