Its customizable, has all the core modules
I really like the functionality of the product, except it usually doesn't work. I feel Integration with this cloud based system is non-existent. The system is intuitive and easy to use for the most part.
I feel product its a great experience using it payer care management workflow applications is the payer-employed care manager doing the work of utilization management , case management , disease management.Care management workflow occurs in the larger context of a population health management program.
Some modules are more mature than others
I dislike the required conversions and costs associated with major upgrades. It's not as simple as upgrading the system, you need to convert data from one version to another.
I don't feel any dislike when compared to product I feel service
