The platform is incredibly user friendly while still offering advanced tools like predictive coding, Storybuilder and seamless productions.
(1) There are so many search options available. (2) It automatically saves my searches (3) It is easy to assign batches for review. (4) redacting is easy, and being able to redact an Excel Spreadsheet is the BEST!!
1) The ability to seamlessly upload troves of documents received in discovery. 2) The always available and thorough customer support team. 3) The storybuilder function.
Email threading. I don't find it easy to use or work with when trying to narrow my search scope for a review set.
When doing production sets, I like to group them by type or discovery request no, and then sort them chronologically. I would especially LOVE the option to manually move items around before producing. Right now, I have to do several small sets so I can get them in the correct order. I don't use Everlaw for most of my cases because I have other platforms that fit my workload better in most cases. However, I do need it from time to time for special projects that cannot be done elsewhere. I wish there was a single product that would encompass the best capabilities of EverLaw, and other Vendors. And even better, if there was a trial presentation part in there too (like OnCue and NOT Trial Director), it would be the ultimate game-changer for me!!
1) I think the interface could be more user-friendly. There's a lot on there, and sometimes it can be very confusing. 2) I wish there was an ability to download individual pages of documents rather than have to download the entire document. 3) I wish there was a commandF like function, where you can search for terms in larger documents in the review page.

It is somewhere between Average and Outstanding. For certain tasks, it is perfect. But for others, it really isn't and I have to move things to another platform for other tasks.
